Dark Quencher-534 Phosphoramidites & Dark Quencher-579 Phosphoramidites are a non-fluorescent chromophore, and extensively used as the 3'-quencher moiety in a variety of FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) in DNA detection probes. Such probes are primarily used in nucleic acid assays.
